It delivers fog-resistant performance via a dual-layer system, maintaining clarity in varying weather conditions.

Fog Resistance Level: Classified as Pinlock® 70, offering a strong balance of anti-fog performance for everyday riding. 

Technology / Principle:

 • Dual-layer system: moisture-absorbing inner surface + airtight silicone seal forming an insulating air pocket between visor and lens. 

 • The silicone edge presses against the visor to maintain the sealed space and prevent condensation. 

Material & Finish: Transparent, clear optical grade plastic with precision-formed edges and silicone gasket.

Installation / Adjustment:

 1. Remove the helmet’s outer visor.

 2. Clean inner surfaces of visor and lens to remove dust / debris.

 3. Position the Pinlock between the two pins on the visor, ensuring the silicone edge lies flush.

 4. Adjust the tension (pivot lever or side adjustment) so the seal contacts the full circumference.

 5. Refit the visor.

 (Incorrect fitting leads to gaps and fogging.) 

Maintenance / Care:

 • Clean gently with mild soap + water, do not rub aggressively.

 • Do not wipe while wet; let it air dry.

 • Avoid using solvents or strong chemicals.

Limitations / Notes:

 • Not all visors are Pinlock-ready — this lens requires the visor to have pre-fitted pins.

 • If the silicone edge is not seated perfectly, fogging or seepage may occur.

 • Over time, the silicone or lens may lose elasticity; periodic replacement is recommended.

 • In extreme humidity / temperature differentials, performance may temporarily reduce until things equilibrate.
